The Jazz make the playoffs in all 19 seasons that Stockton was on the team. And as one half of the Stockton to Malone duo, led the Jazz to the NBA finals in back to back years in 1997 and 1998. The two formed the most consistent guard - forward combination in NBA history. John Stockton still holds the NBA record for most career assists at 15,806, and most career steals at 3,265. The Jazz retired Stockton’s jersey in 2004.
